Our story
Neatly. was founded by operators who spent years inside European hospitality — running cleaning rotations, turnover protocols and guest-facing teams across hotels, short-stay portfolios and serviced residences in Frankfurt and beyond. That's where we learned the difference between a home that looks clean and one that genuinely is, and between a service that's promised and one that's repeatable at scale.
We launched in the UAE because the gap was obvious. Property care here is too often sold on adjectives — luxury, premium, world-class — and too rarely delivered through a documented method. We're not here to add another voice to that noise. We're here to import the part most operators skip: checklists, training matrices, photo-verified handovers, an owner portal, and a team that actually shows up next week.
