How credits are spent. Each unit layout (studio, 1BR, 2BR, villa…) has a fixed credit cost, and each service type (turnover, linen change, deep clean, furnishing care, maintenance triage…) has a fixed credit cost too. Every booking deducts the combined amount automatically from your wallet.

Calendar-synced turnover cleans, hotel-grade linen on a fresh-set rotation, restock of toiletries and consumables, photo handover reports, and concierge-on-call. Maintenance and furnishing services can be added on credits.
Each package includes a monthly bank of cleaner-hours. Hours roll over for one month. You can spend them on standard cleans, deep cleans, restocks, laundry runs or maintenance call-outs — whatever the home needs that month.
No long lock-in. Packages are billed monthly and can be paused, swapped or cancelled directly in your owner portal.
Residential is built around a steady rhythm for the home you live in — same team, same day, no calendar sync. Holiday home is built around guest turnovers, with iCal sync, linen rotation, restock and concierge included.
From your second renewal you start climbing rungs that lock in lower per-hour rates, free furnishing services and priority scheduling. Once you reach Rung 03 your rate is locked even if our public prices rise.
Materials, equipment and eco-conscious products are included by default in every package. You only pay extra if you want premium consumables (e.g. branded amenities) or specialist treatments outside the standard scope.
