How does the holiday-home credit wallet work?

You top up a balance once. Each unit layout has a fixed credit cost, each service type has a fixed credit cost — every booking auto-deducts. Credits stay live for 6 months from purchase.

What does the 5-Star Turnover Guarantee cover?

Holiday-home tiers from Boutique up: if a verified guest cleanliness review comes in below 4 stars, that turnover's credits are returned to your wallet.

How fast can you start?

Most homes are onboarded within 48 hours. Connect your iCal (rental) or share access details (residence), we walk the property, and run your first session.

Do I have to commit long-term?

No. Both residence and holiday-home plans can be paused, swapped or cancelled directly in your owner portal. No notice period, no exit fees.

What if my home is far from a city centre?

We cover all of Dubai including Palm, Downtown, JBR, Business Bay, Arabian Ranches, MBR City and beyond. The Areas page lists every neighbourhood.

Are your team members vetted and insured?

Yes. Every team member is police-cleared, trained on our 80-point hotel checklist, and we carry full public liability insurance.
