Dubai's climate is uniquely hard on holiday homes: fine desert dust enters through every balcony door, AC condensation breeds mould inside drip trays, and hard water leaves limescale on glass within 48 hours. A turnover that's adequate in London or Lisbon won't pass in Dubai.

Pre-arrival (24 hours before)
- Confirm calendar — no overlap, correct guest count, special requests noted
- Run AC for 30 minutes before clean to lower humidity
- Verify linen pack is staged and bagged per unit
- Stock cart: chemicals, microfibres, vacuum, mop, replenishment
Bathrooms (the make-or-break room)
- Limescale: descale shower glass, taps and shower head every turnover
- Hair: detail vacuum corners, behind toilet, drain covers
- Towels: hotel-fold, fresh set only, never re-use
- Restock: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toilet rolls (min 2)
- Smell-check: drains, bin, behind toilet — Dubai humidity amplifies any odour
Kitchen
- Fridge: empty, wipe interior, check seals
- Oven, microwave, kettle: descale and degrease
- Sink and taps: descaled, dried, no water spots
- Bin: emptied, washed, fresh liner
